For this fixed charset some grafics are really NICE!!!!

Is it possible to put 4 dots (4x4 pixels) with 4 different colors at one 'charsetpoint'?

With the actual CGROM? only two colors.

But with my prototype extending CGROM to 1024-character font (using D3 in attribute VRAM to select between two 512-character fonts), I created a 256-semigraphics with "4 grey levels":

Nonetheless there is a trick to use character swapping per raster line (pixel line) just before the screen displays that pixel line to draw graphics. But it is limited to 112x200 pixels as we can swap 14 characters per line at most in PAL version.

If not well synchronized with the horizontal synchronization (here NTSC doesn't cope well above 11 characters per line), it gives:

Yesterday we record the podcast - we talk more than two hours - only about the sharp mz 700 and some sharp mz800 games ... :)

Who is the developer? Have they published any MZ-700 games?

It is one from bbg Software in germany, they developed several games and sell hobra progrsmms, too.

There most famouse MZ800 game is Moty.
