Hi all,

In case you missed it elsewhere, I have scanned in a full copy of the MZ-80A Owner's Manual and made sure I used OCR as well. You can find it here:

https://mz-80a.com/books/

This replaces the previous PDF which had a number of pages missing.

Would you mind if I uploaded these books to sharpmz.org?

Why ? he's not the author of the book. The only thing he can ask is for mentioning who's scans the document when published elsewhere. Understand me, this isn't an attack here but I saw too many people fighting ridiculously about books "publishing rights" because of scan authoring.

Yes, I know he does not hold the copyright but I think it's fair to ask instead of just "leeching" on his work.

Appreciated :) Yes, no problem!

By the way, it does seem like it'd be nice just to have a centralised place for everything. But that would mean shutting down my MZ-80A site. And I kind of like it :D Maybe I could keep it as a specific MZ-80A project / coding site or something.

It is preferable to have several sites lest one should be shutdown. Audience for SHARP MZ is not that big, which means losses are more probable than for other machines. I noticed several japanese sites I browsed few years ago are now dead.

OK, yes, good point. I shall carry on in that case. Will be redesigning the 'books' page soon anyway as it's too clunky. And at some later stage the whole site will need a complete overhaul as it's rather messy and not particularly intuitive.
