Is this just for S-Basic? I wonder if it can be converted to SA-5510 or SP-5025

I do not understand myself now. I have use S-Basic MZ-5Z008 with Quick Disk support.
I thought that would be the only difference(QD support)?

Well, a lot of the different BASICs have different tokens to represent the commands, so usually a converter is needed. Although I have just found that S-BASIC contains its own converter for the older BASICs.

How does the converter work?

S-BASIC will load an MZ-80 program and when it finishes loading it will say something like "CONVERTING TEXT......." and it converts all the BASIC tokens to S-BASIC ones. Then you can list and run the MZ-80 program with no problem.

But for the MZ-80 machines you usually have to load a separate converter program to convert between the different BASICs.
