MZ - 731 - Printer / Plotter repair

I have an MZ - 1P01 Colour Printer Plotter that needs repair as the Paper Roller does not turn.
Is there anyone on the Forum that can assist me to find out how to repair the MZ - 1P01 ?

There is a tiny plastic gear that cracks and then slips on the roller axle. A guy on eBay is selling replacement gear made from brass, I bought two gears from him a while ago but has not had time to install them yet.

Thank you. My problem is that the gears don’t seem to be driven by anything. They are just motionless. When I press the paper feed button it releases the rollers but does not move or drive them round to feed the paper through
